The strategy of the project includes several steps, which are methodically connected and satisfy the needs of the target groups using their strengths: - research of social sector, including social actors and their potential, decision making process, legislative basis, common problems and challenges; - creation of informational data-base; - creation of informational and communicational tools; - creation of the network – a horizontal structure of social actors with a methodical centre; - experience sharing (thematic meetings, Internet site, exposition, etc.); - development of resources for CBC through education of a joint pool of experts; - formalization of the network and collaboration on policy level – adoption of a strategic document; - evaluation and conclusion phase; - dissemination of the project results. from both countries; - awareness, that social reform is a common European issue; - including in activities various social stakeholders – from public authorities, institutions and private/civil organizations and developing collaboration between them; - internal monitoring of project activities, periodical evaluation, joint management and closer collaboration between project partners; - publicity and transparency of project activities and its results. Achievements: Promotion and transparency of the achievements in social sphere-an exposition was presented in both countries.
