The (only) border crossing point between Norway and Russia needs developing, since the trade and cross-border cooperation has increased during the last few years. The programme has contracted a project for reconstructing the border crossing point. The amount of investments vs. purely planning costs will be specified during July 2015. Achievements: The project has resulted in the developed and approved design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction and technical upgrading of BCP Borisoglebsk.
