General objective: to increase competitiveness of the region by improving transport and safety conditions on the boarder area with Kaliningrad District.Direct objectives: - preparing basic documents: Technical road documentation, Opinion of the influence on the environment and Study implementation for up to 60 kilometres of county roads and five bridges.- starting activities of improving the roads to leading to the cross-border in Michalkowo- Zeleznodoroznyj- improving transport possibilities conditions for inhabitants and boarder guards
