The RPJ ! - "Realize the Youth Potential " appears on the initiative of the association with the need YUPI debated among youth associations and youth departments of partners , and in constant dialogue with government support services and promotion of policies in the area of youth and related as IPDJ and IEFP key partners to realize the potential of every young person 's personal and professional level . The project seeks a permanent structured dialogue and consultation to youth association leaders other technical field , a logic of proximity smart , consolidating networking , improving the implementation of programs for young people , exploring new ways to communicate to young people and to influence directly to social transformation necessary for a greater appreciation and development of young people and so personal and professional satisfaction. The project aims contribuiting for a more coordinated work among all agents in youth , empowering youth and association leaders to be drivers of young people , especially young people not involved in associations and less informed . We will involve about 990 participants in various training activities , information and consultation through regional meetings , development of pockets of multipliers in a logic of peer education , meetings and information events for masses of young people and an online platform through a questionnaire intended consult young people whom the project failed to engage and thereby represent a more genuine way the youth of northern Portugal . The methodology used is the non-formal education because it puts young people at the center of learning , information process and empowers them to be able to directly influence policies and programs that affect them directly and indirectly . It is also expected to impact on the organizations involved , through the improvement of services and programs that serve youth . The project aims to give new impetus to the wide range of opportunities that already exist , create new reality more suited to young and demystify the integration of meaningful occupation of leisure and employment for youth programs , calling them out of their confort zone and giving the necessary support to their empowerment . This project will be developed between may 2016 to november 2017, in the 2 NUT regions of Ave and Minho/Lima.
