The project”Ready,Stedy=JOB” involves preparation and delivery of a training course for 31 participants (27 youth workers/leaders+2 trainers and 2 stuff support) from 9 NGOs from Albania, Bulgaria,Bosnia and Herzegovina,Croatia,Greece,FYR Macedonia,Serbia,Romania and Turkey.During the eight-day TC,participants will be equipped with new knowledge, tools and skills for:stimulating young people’s spirit of initiative,their preparation for entrance into labor market and encouragement for youth entrepreneurship.The empowerment of youth workers and youth leaders will contribute them to have a more important guidance role in supporting young people for creative thinking, initiative taking and entrepreneurial acting. Today’s youth needs to be far more inventive and entrepreneurial, creating employment opportunities for themselves and for others.Focus of the course will be, in the context of the main theme and within specific segments, on the following topics: Levels of Youth Self-Initiative; Youth Initiative Taking; Approaches to Youth Entrepreneurship; Creativity and Innovation-New Motivating Tools; Know it, Show it,Share it. “Ready, Steady=JOB” gives the floor to experienced training team and youth workers/leaders to jointly take part in different scale of activities as individual and group activities; thematic and creative workshops; presentations; games; learning by visit; exercises and energizers, providing the participants with opportunities for gaining new and improvement of the already existing competences.Planned activities will encourage capacity-building and innovation among promoters, as well as exchange of experience, expertise and good practice. In addition, the project will motivate participating NGOs to build partnerships and together create more quality projects for young people. The TC will take place in Krusevo, FYR Macedonia from 25th. October to 1st. November, 2012 and the role of the applicant Youth Alliance Krusevo will be hosting organization.
