Equal opportunities for employment : By developing web based courses and training methodology for mentally disabled people, as well as raising employer awareness of their strengths and needs, the project ensures that the mentally handicapped have equal access to job opportunities. The development of a series of on-line assessment tools (CV builder) and learning strategies has improved employment prospects and vocational education and training (VET) systems/strategies. The results of the project can be downloaded free of charge from the project's website. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
