Raise a problem, get an answer!
Start date: Sep 2, 2013,

The “Raise a problem get an answer” is a Y&D project that will last 17 months and will be implemented in 4 countries with the participation of 8 youth organizations working in the field of active participation of youth. The project wants to create a platform for the exchange of good ideas about activities that youth can undertake to start a real change in the society in which they live becoming in this way the agent of the change that they want to see in their community. The project aims at achieving this objective acting on two levels: on the youth, by providing them with knowledge and competences about active participation and active citizenship and favouring their capacity to become real agents for change. To achieve its goal, the project wants also to involve the policy makers in the process of empowering youth with their role of active agents for the development. Through a series of activities organized at local and international level the project involves over 1000 youngsters directly and many more with its effects. There will be a core working group of 16 youngsters, which constitutes the steering committee coming from 4 countries (Estonia, Italy, Romania and Lithuania). The Project foreseen also to experiment the platform, by starting to collect and upload the contents and materials on the platform so that it can commence working. During the start up phase we will animate the platform by continuing adding contents and materials and creating a sustainable follow up plan to make sure that the platform will still work after the project is concluded. To ensure this the platform will contain a series of interactive and “ideas stimulating” sections. “Raise a problem, get an answer!” foresees also a visit to the Commissions of the European Parliament to present the platform and to submit to their attention some operative proposals to intervene and give answers to some “problems” of the society.
