The applicant is an organization of teachers in vocational schools in Bavaria that seeks to foster the development of vocational education and training in terms of methods, didactics and science. Among this a very important part is the exchange with other institutions of vocational education on a European level to compare and learn about the differences of educational systems in Europe. In addition the organisation supports innovations in vocational education and its evaluation. This project aims to support the pursuit and implementation of the above described objectives in cooperation with a vocational school in Tallinn that was already known from another project and further schools and partners-organisations: - Compare and evaluate the different systems of vocational education - Classify contents and certificates within the European Qualification Framework - Organisation of school- and teaching- development-efforts - Integrating digital methods of teaching and learning - Intercultural understanding - Consolidation/extension in the use of a foreign language The project will be conducted as one common mobility with all participants, consisting of 25 teaching professionals in vocational education and training, many of them members of the school-boards. Therfore the participiants will have the possibility to integrate the results of the project not only through the applying organisation, but directly into the vocational reality. This is meant not only to lead to a permanent revision- and (if neccessary) improvement-process, but also to a wider view towards the European context.
