The SCORE project has set set up a quick and efficient process of Recognition and Validation of professional competencies for the Children’s Products Retail personnel and entrepreneurs throughout Europe, which has been adopted by the labor market of the sector and will is leading to the further certification of these competencies. The SCORE QRV System has three different scenarios to test the competencies of the different users; a self-evaluation scenario, were the employee or entrepreneur can validate their own knowledge; an interview scenario, were the retail manager can use the tool to support the interview process; and a manager scenario, were the retail manager can use the tool to validate the competencies of his team.
