This project is launched from the Association for Social Mediation EQUA, organization working since 1997 social mediation and employment of people with intellectual disabilities in Cadiz. The team will work on EQUA mediators Hobbies and Leisure involving a volunteer from England. The objectives are the social and personal development of young people EQUA and skills of the volunteer in the support and empowerment of people with intellectual disabilities, facilitate intercultural dialogue through art and awareness of European citizenship through the Youth in Action Programme.Foster reflection of young people with intellectual disabilities, their capacity for self-organization and autogesión leisure activities, their interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing intercultural dialogue.
