The QuAss (Quality Assurance) project aims at defining, testing, validating and disseminating at trans-national level a series of quality indicators based on a quality-cycle structure to improve the skills of analysts and project development staff in Training Enterprises. These quality indicators will help to maintain quality in the processes of identifying needs and planning training schemes, while at the same time contributing to better assessment of opportunities for vocational training. Further products are a manual on how to use the indicators developed; a dictionary for the company vocational training needs analyst and the training design staff; a set of tools to gather feedback from the client system; evaluation tables and project Web site. The target groups are companies organising training, Social Partner organisation, workers participating in training, analysts and project design staff working in Training Enterprises as potential users of the developed products.
