The training course "Quality in Action" will bring together 20 youth workers from 5 different countries - Italy, Hungary, Poland, Germany and Lithuania. Overall objective of the training to increase competences of youth workers, groups leaders, facilitators for implementing high quality Action 1 (Youth for Europe) projects and improving quality of youth work in the future within and outside the established partnership in Europe. The TC will take place on 09/26th 10/3rd 2009 in Ðiauliai region, Lithuania. During the 6 day course participants will have an opportunity to share their best projects within the Youth in Action programme Action 1 (International youth exchanges, youth initiatives and youth democracy projects) by identifying core factors for ensuring quality of the projects. A variety of innovative, creative and interactive methods will be used to enable participants to analyse best practices, create visions and strategies for implementing perfect qualitative youth exchanges/youth initiatives/youth democracy projects in the future. Regional youth organisations will be invited to an Open Fair "Quality in Action" during the TC. The multilingual educational movie "Quality in Action" and Educational report based on the results of this training course will be created by special video group and trainers in order to share the experience between different organisations of the participating countries.
