The project has been carried out in 2 assignments for vocational students to Sweden and Germany . It has complied in all areas of the objectives and expectations of the trainees and the project managers . The apprentices could deepen their expertise through employment placement companies . By living in host families and the self-organization in an unknown land , the social and personal skills were further developed extremely . The competence in the use of English in professional and private context has been improved and a daily naturalness.
