Project background: Europagymnasium Salzburg- Nonntal with Europe-oriented and international backgroundProject aim: Increase of the competences of the teachers and thereby quality-oriented lessons. This everything shows a great challenge to the management and the colleagues of the school. Activities: National and international advanced trainings should raise the teaching quality. New teaching methods get to know and implement in own lessons.Procedures for the project realisation: International cooperation at all levels (teachers mobility and students mobility). Application of modern communicative devices.Results and long-term use: Improvement of the teaching competence. Introduction of alternative and new teaching methods. Increase and intensification in the area of school quality and high-class management. Motivation of teachers and students.Internationalisation of the European dimension of the school.We want to open and prepare our pupils and teachers optimally for the challenge "Europe".
