The purpose of the project is to create instruments for evaluating the characteristics of young school drop-outs, to set up indicators for profiling people who drop out of school, to set up indicators for vocational training demand and to implement the results of experiments carried out among people working in education with a view to creating a trainers' bursary. The bursary would be used to provide training to education professionals with a view to creating a network of qualified educators.The main beneficiaries are people working in the education field and young people at risk of dropping out of school.The products will be available on CD-ROM and on an Internet site. They will be accompanied by monographs on encouraging and motivating potential young school drop-outs to invest in high-quality education.Dissemination will be via a study describing the process, the overall results and the instruments developed under the project. The study will be distributed to all schools and all those involved in the education and training field. The information will also be available on the Internet site.
