The project aimed to meet these needs that are developing skills that enable them to get work effectively and innovatively and creating new jobs in the agricultural sector. In this context, the project has reached and exceeded the goals set before its completion time:

2. The participating students have experienced great personal, human and linguistic development in mobility. The stay, work experience and contact with the host school has helped them take a big step in their personal and professional development.
3. In addition, there has been an unexpected goal. Our school and the students involved have experienced opening employment opportunities in host companies. The two companies have offered students extend their stay and even one of them has achieved its first contract and is currently working in Germany.
