The project will encourage mixed grous of varying performance disciplines to work on projects together and also encourage diferente ethnic backgrounds to work together to broaden horizons using theater and other forms of artistic expressions. The project will work on international projects wich expose young people to broaden horizons, new ideas and fusion of cultures; Provide a competitive elemento to performing whilst educating performers about industry realities which provides a focus to improve quality and stimulate ambition; In order to decrease early school drop thais project create a new environment that is relaxed and social to draw the best creativity and ideas; The project will train and develop young people in music, dance, arts and arts job skills. Improving their personalities, providing a supportive environment to allow them to develop their talents, preparing them and helping them to build the self confidence to find suitable education and/or employment both in the artistic field and outside or to run their own business or Social Enterprise. The project will provides a range of activities from live performances and talent and training exchanges nationally and internationally to regular mentoring. We put particular effort into working with young people with socio economic obstacles who cannot afford professional training We aim to address an important social concern: that of developing the artistic and leadership potential of young people, helping them become productive and inspired individuals. We create meaningful change in young people’s lives by providing a combination of auditions, events, talent exchanges, mentoring sessions and professional workshops. Our objective is to produce quality events that showcase our young people with the aim of improving their prospects to become part of the professional industry; this is the foundation of what we do. We aim to deliver administrative excellence coupled with a professional approach to performance art and personal development. We look to engage and facilitate learning and prepare people for life after their interactions with GAM. Through promoting Youth in Action projects, the project aims to inspire further young people to participate actively and directly in activities which they have devised and play a key role, in order to develop their initiative, enterprise and creativity. The project tries to instill a sense of active European citizenship, solidarity and tolerance among young European involving them in shaping the Union’s future through providing a supportive environment which allows youngsters to networking while developing their talents and skills through planning and delivering Youth Exchanges.
