The week-long training course Project ABCs on management and quality in international projects held in Cracow, Poland (21st-27th of May 2009), is a unique opportunity for our partners, who wish to enrich their knowledge and cross-cultural experiences and to challenge their leadership skills. The training course will be welcoming 18 youth workers and leaders from 8 European countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia and Poland). We will host participants with some experience in organizing international projects, as they will contribute greatly to the cultural diversity and higher professional level of this event. During training the main working methods will be various workshops, simulation activities, integrating games, energizers and intercultural learning. They should help our trainees to get necessary knowledge about project management with all essential elements like: planning the activities, preparing evaluation, resources management and last but not least risk assessment. In addition to provided knowledge, youth workers will gain practical experience connected to all of the above aspects whilst simulation exercises on creating a project.
