From 23 – 30.05.2016, 16 active young adults, all of them are involved in educational projects with young people in their home-countries Germany or Belarus, are going to meet in Hannover. The topic of this exchange/seminar is "Project Development & Project Management as a contribution of non-formal youth education". The meeting is going to be a forum for the participants to have the opportunity to exchange ideas, to learn about new methods and concepts and to develop their own ideas for future projects, to include new methods and technics into their project-work with youth.In addition, the aim is that the methods and concepts of non-formal education and project-oriented youth work spread especially in Belarus. Finally is desirable to develop new German-Belarusian partnerships and cooperation due to the encounter.In addition to workshops, creative phases and forums of moderated exchange innovative projects in practice will be visited, which are jointly evaluated afterwards.
