This project will take place in Subotica-the most north city of Serbia. The trainer team engaged in this project are going to help to participants from 10 different countries (Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Lithuania, Kosovo, Germany, Serbia, Slovenia and Italy) to learn how to write their future project within the frame of program Youth in Action. Through daily activities which concerns workshops, discussions, presentations, interactive games and open space they are going to have opportunity to meet with project management on most interesting way. Each country is sending from 3 to 4 participants aged 18-28, with bad economical and social background, which doesn't have lots of opportunities for travelling and non formal education. The project will last for 8 days, where all the planned activities are going to be divided in 5 different stages. From Team building over Intercultural learning, learning about Youth in Action and project management to sessions by the participants, all the activities are going to be devoted for better understanding of the program itself and dealing with the issue of project management. Main aim is to make at least 4 future projects which are going to be applied in the frame of Youth in Action program in dead line of 1st of June 2010.
