The training will be focused on preparation of projects and project management, exchange and sharing of experience, advices and tips how to get approved the project within Erasmus+ programme. The training is intended particularly for the youth leaders, or the beginners in youth work who do not have the experience with the projects so far. The priority to participate on this training will have young people who are working in NGOs as volunteers, but they are unemployed in order to increase their competences for finding a job. Our goal is to show them, that it isnt so difficult and to encourage them to try to develop their ideas. During the training, the participants will have also an opportunity to try to write down their project in the groups and to get advices from the trainer what to change/improve it, and after the training they could to apply with the project which they made. Besides the official program there will be a diverse social program which will provide the participants the possibility to learn more about our cultures, team-building activities, some trip etc. The training which will lasts 5 days will includes 36 participants from 17 different countries.
