The UDIMA International Mobility Programme (PMIU) has a duration of 24 months (10 mobilities in Italy and Germany) and aims to improve the competences and skills of the staff of Madrid Open University (UDIMA) in the areas of Digital Communication and Management through its participation in two different training programmes. Marconi University (host partner for technologist profile participants) and Riedlingen University (host partner for management profile participants) will be the host partners of this project. The main goal of PMIU is to improve the digital competence of its participants and their professional and linguistic skills, and to strengthen the collaboration between the participant universities and their internationalization strategies. This mobility programme uses an Information and Communication Technology based methodology to guarantee the execution, monitoring and evaluation throughout the project. At the same time, this project proposes a permanent dissemination system to guarantee that the information reaches to every partner involved in the project (Dissemination Programme, Exploitation Programme and a Results Transfer Programme). The outcomes of this project will be disseminated through UDIMA’s website, media, congresses, seminars, social networks and training activities.
