Due to the specifics of the schools of second chance in Germany and their distance learning offers, teachers working within these institutes are looking for european benchmarking and solutions for their daily challenges.
In order to learn from other specialists in adult education and distance learning, four teachers from the Weiterbildungskolleg Bonn will be job-shadowing for a week their collegues at the Abendgymnasiums Salzburg. They will be choosen from the staff working already in the field of abitur-online.nrw oder from teachers who are interested in joining this team. The project aims to improve the individual capabilities in teaching as well as to influence the management and improvement of the sending school.
Another three teachers should participate in the Sommerakademie in Austria.
