Our aim is to professionalize the teachers of foreign languages und to individualize our lessons respecting the development of the language skills of our students and their different intellectual skills. We are convinced that the european treasure and the discussion with european colleagues is an important step to realize it.We identified the need to improve in this areas and so we want to learn and give in this way a good exemple to our students.Our five language teachers will learn more than just the language. They will make contacts and this may lead to other international eTwinning and Erasmus+-projects.Four more colleagues will study the vocational orientation as it exists in other countries and programs for the development of language.This knowledge will be implemented in the futur development of our school and give as a more European perspective.We will accompany the participants via eTwinning and we strive for-a higher level of competences in languages and methods-workable concepts for the development of language and vocational orientation-an European added value because we will be more sensitized for our multiethnic studentsIn the longterm we want to develop other European programs as eTwinning-partnerships and Erasmus+-projects (KA2).
