This project includes 2 vocational profiles that are represented in our school. Medical (health vocation) and Cosmetics (vocation for personal services – cosmetics technician and hair stylist). In this manner we want to achieve diversified inclusion of all vocations, having in mind that during the previous year we provided mobility possibility for the vocation of Textile technicians/designers. At the same time, these two vocations are indirectly complementary and we believe that via the mobilities towards Spain and Portugal we will achieve continuity in our efforts for internationalisation of the education process, in lines with our European Development Plan.The project goals follow the modern trends and aims at increasing the quality and quantity of the possibility for practical training that are offered to the students of our school. All partners have agreed that individuals that are working in these areas need adequate modules and training concepts from which they will personally and professionally benefit and will broaden their professional views. At the same time the project will develop significant sustainability and benefits for the local community by providing better trained staff for the future. The specific methodology and approach is that what will be learned in Spain and Portugal will be used back home and later one during their professional carriers. In this manner the newly gained skills and knowledge will be utilized immediately. This training will make the students more qualified for provide more modern services to their patients/clients. This is a general goal, which draws the following concrete goals so we believe that the participants will:- improve their skills to work with clients/patients in a better and more advanced manner;- be introduced to planning and management of a complexed medical institution as well as large beauty centers and the manner in which they function in the western European societies;- will improve their time management skills;- will improve their professional language skills and will know how to give information about a medical record of a patient in a foreign language or present a specific looks style and similar.
