This project is a part of European Plan of School Development, which aims in this phase the methodology and language learning. The participiants are the teachers of vocational subjects, like : entrepreneurship and economy, IT, openacast mining, english, german and polish language, librarian, school menagement, school educationalist - together 14 people. The participiants want to attend the english language courses on levels A1-B2, the 2 german teachers and the english teacher are going to attend the course for methodology of learning in Germany and Ireland. The foreign organisations foresee about 20 hours lessons per week and also want to carry out the culture and integration program - according to the each country. The common aim of this project is improvement of the language skills our teachers and menagment and preparation them to the next phases of european learning abroad. There is very important today, that the people, specialy these, working as teachers, can use foreign languages - like english or german. To know english is obvoius, and should be beyond doubt. Unfortunetly not very teachers in our school can communicate in this language, what is percived wrong by society. The language courses bring a lot of good results: encourage the teachers and students to learning, improve selfassesment and self - esteem; The ones won language skills will be never gone - in opposite - the programs Erasmus+ and Europe as well another projects help the people, who want the personal improvement on their occupation way.We represent the school, that has got a big experience in having good projects with foreign insitutions and countries, students exchange programms and hosting internationals visitors. But we still have a problem, because only 3 persons are responsible for activities involved in cooperation with another countries: 2 german teachers and 1 english teacher. For now it is impossible, that another teachers will be engaged in such a programms, because they don`t have any foreign language skills. They need a lot the attendence in special learning forms abroad, but the language deficienty makes it impossible. There is not so many teachers in Polen, who doesn`t know english and this fact reduces the chances for self development and carring cooperation with the teachers from another countries of Europe. This project allows us to change this uncomfortable situation and makes our stuff more attractive among our students and in local environment.
