The idea and necessity of elaborating a mobility project for students from the artistic profile, plastic arts, decorative architecture, ambient arts and design and conservation-restoration specializations, doing initial training at the Hight School of Plastic Arts Timisoara , started from the analysis of the internal and external factors which were the base of the shaping of the Institutional Development Plan 2014-2020, as well as the successful experience of a previous Erasmus+ mobility project 2014, pointed towards students from the music specialization. The project "Professionals of computerized processing of images through creativity and art" proposes to itself the following objectives:01- Studying and developing the practical-applicative dimension of specialty training of the participants, in a real economic environment, directly connected to their domain of professional training;02- Developing of the practical abilities necessary in the process of the conception and development of advertising materials ensuring the rigidity and aesthetics of the products.03- Improving of the key skills: communication, English language, entrepreneurship and usage of the ICT, with the purpose of increasing the competitiveness of the future graduates from the artistic profile.04- Consolidating the transnational partnership, the collaboration relations between the suppliers of the initial training and companies/private enterprises from the real European economy.These objectives will be achieved through the developing of a training and managerial experience for our education institution, by going through a professional training stage in specialized companies from Spain and Portugal, by 40 visual arts students, separated in 2 groups of 20 participants each, selected from the eleventh grade, school year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 respectively. Therefore, the actual project will ensure the training of key skills and specific skills, mentioned in OMECTS no. 5299/ 17.10.2006 differentiated curriculum, the superior cycle of the high school, vocational branch, artistic profile , architecture, ambient arts, design, plastic arts, decorative arts, conservation-restoration specializations, "Computerized processing of the image" discipline, for whose studying there are allocated 2 hours per week. (36 weeks x 2 = 72 hours).The stage will take place within the receiving organizations DesarrolloWeb, DSI- Spain, CHAPA5, Explora Ideea with the help of intermediary organizations- MEP Europroject Granada, Spain and Intercultural Association Mobility Friends, Portugal. The training activities will be integrated in the daily activity of the company. The participants will be split into groups as follows- 2 groups of 5 students in the receiving Spanish organizations and 2 groups of 5 students in the Portuguese organizations, on the duration of 2 schoool years, respectively 4 fluxes- 10 students- Spain-february 2017, 10 students- Portugal-february 2017-eleventh grade generation 2016-2017 and 10 students- Spain-november 2017, 10 students-Portugal- november 2017- eleventh grade generation 2017-2018.The foreseen results of the education obtained in informal educative environments (firms and companies from the European IT and advertising industry) will be validated, recognized and transferred from the beneficiary organization on the base of:-the Agreement Memorandum-the Agreement of Learning and Commitment to quality-the Europass Mobility CertificateThe work methodology at the level of partnership will respect the principles of the quality "circle" in implementing ECEVET- before, during and after the mobility.Foreseen results:Achieving and developing the professional skills of the participants, in the domain of computerized and entrepreneurship graphics; going through practical-applicative activities from which the beneficiaries will be able to multiply the achieved experience, within the differentiated PCI curriculum, especially through assuming and exerting the role of "trainers" for the classmates/ schoolmates, but also by making a cultural project of promoting a virtual enterprise with the activity domain: design, advertising.At the level of the beneficiary institution- a framework of approaching the specialty training, for the formation of the human resource in terms of skills, abilities, knowledge and credit transfer in ECVET terms, from which the future generations of the Art College will benefit.
