The project main objective is to improve the professional competencies and gain new experiences by encouraging their cooperation skills and competencies in order to motivate professional growth , as well as building cooperation between various institutions The project is designed for mentors in companies - their theoretical and Practical knowledge and skills improvement . In order to provide learners a comprehensive, high quality and competitive practices in the company , it is necessary to the process requirements and quality should be uniform among all businesses , efficient and responsive to labor market needs and school practice program . In order to successfully achieve its objectives, it was decided to provide a 1-week exchanges 6 practice mentors in various companies to partner in Turkey , which is the same type of organization as LVRA . 6 project participants will exchange experiences in order to improve their professional competence , complement their skills to work in a multicultural environment as well as to expand its field of view in relation to other cultures and habits , customer behaviors in various situations . The project is planned to be implemented in 2014. In late September , this time the choices for the school year beginning and binding business opportunities for its employees to ensure participation in the exchange of experience . The project will promote vocational education specialist in companies - mentor professional networking skills, personal development, socialization competencies that can be used for both professional work and personal life. The project will encourage members of the newly acquired experience and skills sustainability, recognition and use in their daily work. Since tourism is an international business, the professional knowledge and skills can be used not only in Latvia, but also elsewhere in Europe. And it is possible that something new will be able to introduce new businesses here in practice and ensuring the fulfillment.
