Target of the project of Pelči special boarding primary school -development centre is development of professional and personal competences of students of vocational classes, who have special needs, in preparation for integration into the labor market. The educational institution will promote inclusive education by ensuring equal educational opportunities for youth at risk of social exclusion and promote experience in career development and access to the labor market. During the project three students of catering service programme will go to Lithuania, Vilnius catering company in which the practice will be organized by organization " Globalios Idejos", during the practice students will improve their practical skills. Three forestry worker program students and three woodworking program students will take the qualification practice in Austria, which is organized by "BVO Bildungsberatung & Vermittlungsagentur GmbH" in corresponding sector of the branch. Project implementation will be based on the methodology according to the program "Erasmus +" guidelines. As a result, nine students of vocational classes will get in the work environment based international experience, professional and personal development of competencies that will allow them to enter labor market more successfully .For the educational institution, this first project of the mobility of students in initial vocational education will be the basis for further internationalization of the institution and the introduction of the European dimension of teaching and educational work, the basis for the students' learning motivation and making vocational education more attractive.
