The project is required to address the problems of Vainodes boarding :- teachers lack of knowledge of effective obstruction leads to conflict situations between the school staff and students. Mutual misunderstanding and confusion only deepens the problem. The student is being increasingly marginalized. This whole process also affects the other students who are forced every day to these challenges coexist;- unwillingness to engage students in the learning process on the one hand and the school was unable to find effective funds to generate interest on the other. The school is short of ideas as to the resources would be possible to achieve the desired effect. It is expected that the rate of non-formal education will be able to provide the answer;- the school staff is lack of English knowledge, which causes less options to build alliances with Russian / German non-speaking partners;- the absence of cross-border partners and international project experience restricts school development. It refuses to keep up with innovation in Europe and to take active participation in the education process improvement.Project objectives are :- to improve the teachers and management situations solving skills;- to create a greater awareness of the interdependence between formal and informal education;- to increase the school 's ability to promote change and modernization in terms of international openness;- to improve foreign language competence.There will be involved eight employees of Vaiņodes boarding (management and teachers' representatives) in the project's mobilities. School staff will attend two international seven-day courses of conflict prevention and non-formal education integration in the formal education.The project is to be implemented from 1 June 2016 to 31 May 2017 .Implementation of the project:1. allow teachers and school management to identify effective methods of solving conflict situations and trends and adopt the best practices of conflict situations in the other countries. Such knowledge would allow to find a common language with "difficult" pupils and possibly prevent further conflict recurrence. This clearly improve the school atmosphere and create pleasant conditions for the training process;2. teachers and school management would acquire a non-formal education integration opportunities in the learning process as well as the discovery of good practice for potential foreign partners. It is expected that this project will raise the desire to explore and learn new for those students who are neglected to learn;3. the new contacts with foreign educational institutions create the necessary prerequisites to build collaborative projects in the future. This will improve and develop the school into an educational institution, which is for innovations in the educational process;4. improve staff knowledge of English language.
