In 2012 Utena Regional Vocational Education and Training Centre (Utena RPMC) opened a new VR centre for disabled. With this new activity the teaching staff needs to improve their skills in working with the students of special needs and with the disabled. It is very important for the teachers to get to know the newest information about the possibilities of VR for disabled, teaching methods and apply the best practices while working with disabled and the students of special needs. The aims of the project was:1. To improve the vocational practical skills, communication (behaviour) skills, to develop complaisance, tolerance to the traditions, culture, customs of other countries, to reduce the social exclusion through the international mobility, project activity by having the traineeships at vocational training institutions, hotels and restaurants of 18 students (of special needs) of I-III course from URPMC, KMPPMC and RTVMC. 2. To improve the qualification of 8 profession teachers of the consortium who work with the students of special needs. 3. To improve the qualification of 7 specialists, profession teachers, social workers, coordinators of VR for disabled in the field of vocational training of disabled, providing VR services and ensuring the quality of these services. The traineeships took place abroad in 7 periods: I flow 2014. 12 October. - 25 December. 6 students with 2 accompanying persons traveled to the German Institute "Infeba for European Educational Programmers, internship Hamburg Kirchner, Zur Winmuhe, Zur Alten Linden et al. hotels, restaurants. Free time was organized sightseeing tour of Hamburg, swimming the Elbe River, visited the fish market, Miniature Museum. II flow 2014. October month. 18 - 25 September. 4 trainers went to the Spanish agency "Incom, International Consulting and Mobility Agency S.L where trainee social partner organizations. During the placement followed the profession of teachers who work with the spec. needs students activities.  III flow  2015. March 8- 14 d 4 trainers went to the German Institute "Infeba, where a trainee of the Institute of social partner organizations, observed the profession of teachers who work with the spec. needs students activities. IV flow 2015. 21 March. to 4 April. 6 students with 2 accompanying persons traveled to Italy Pietre Nere srl hotel, where by 2 weeks. the placement of the hotel's restaurant, the kitchen, and room service. Internship participants learned about the cuisine of Puglia features, equipment, raw materials and food products range, the organization of work at the hotel. Free time visited San Giobanni Rotondo, Peschini, Vico del Gargano towns, sailing boat in the Adriatic Sea. V stream 2015. June. 13 d. until 20 June. 4 vocational rehabilitation, social work, vocational teachers, vocational rehabilitation organizers went to Austria "BVO Bildungsberatung & Vermittlungsagentur" peer monitoring, providing vocational rehabilitation services in all phases of the NPR, work. VI flow 2015. 25 October. - 7 November. 6 students with 2 accompanying persons traveled to Finland Oy Länsirannikon Koulutus Winnova training center, where students stažosi, these educational institutions laboratorjose visited the hotel, Rauma and Kullaa units. VII flow 2016 January 31, February 6. 3 vocational rehabilitation, social work, vocational teachers, vocational rehabilitation organizers went to the Spanish Confederation of COGAM, where they watched colleagues in providing vocational rehabilitation services in all phases of the NPR, work, visited the disabled soalinėsėse companies, Lugo Day of Disabled Persons in the center.In order to ensure the quality of the project management, according to URPMC Principal‘s Commandment No.V-123, 4 March, 2014, the Project preparation and execution work group was formed and the responsible people were assigned Results:1. 16 students of special needs will get international work experience, improve their social skills, get to know about the culture and traditions of visited countries (the tolerance to the people from other countries will be developed), broaden their horizons. 2. 8 profession teachers, working with the students of special needs, will improve their qualification and get to know about the quality indicators of teaching students of special needs, the socialization programs and will prepare the guidelines on how to apply education system methods and techniques while working with the students of special needs, will prepare the recommendations for the specialists based on the experience of the countries. 3.7 VR specialists, profession teachers, social workers, coordinators of VR for disabled will improve their qualification and prepare the recommendations
