Project is initiated by Panevezys Trading and Service Business School. The title of the project is “Vocational practise abroad – the new possibility for better future”. Project duration: 01.06.2016-31.05.2016.The main goal of the project is to develop professional know-how and skills by applying them in the modern service provision field, to develop language and transcultural competences. Project goals for students mobility:- to develop technological knowledge and skills of students, to increase competetivness of the future specialists by providing them a possibility of getting introduced to service provision quality in other EU countries.- to teach students work safety and productively with modern equipment, innovative technologies;- to improve the basic competences of students: intercultural communicating, skills of teamwork and foreign language;- to educate intercultural mobility of students, their ability to evaluate own competences and to integrate to labor market.Project goals for vocational teachers mobility: to find out with practical training methods using in the companies and offices of ES countries, to improve professional competences, to try creatively new training methods and new technological equipment, to intercept the best educational practices and to adapt in own school, to educate personal initiative. The participants of the project (18): initial vocational training program as a Hotel’s employee's - 4 students, Cook – 2 students, Florist – 7 students and Confectioner – 2 students, vocational teachers, working according Hotel’s employee’s (1) and Florist (2).The duration of students mobility, including travel: Latvia–14 days, Italy and Germany-20 days. The duration of vocational teachers mobility, including travel-7 days. The project participants have common needs: the acquisition of new competencies, to improve the professional foreign language skills, practice to learn to use modern equipment and technology, to acquire skills to adapt to the changing labor market needs.-The partners of the project: „Grieta3“ SIA (Latvia), F+U Sachsen gGmbH (Germany), Villa Mele“ srl.(Italy).The project aim is, that students would have possibility to improve personal professional skills and competences working with the newest technologies, equipment and materials. Students work with modern equipment of Germany international vocational education institution, Latvia florist’s school and Italy business industry, develop personal professional competence, find out high requirements of trade culture and trade safety, history of the country and culture, traditions, educate linguistic skills and professional motivation. Vocational teachers realize these needs during the traineeship: to improve personal professional qualification, to find out with professional practical education innovations of foreign countries, nowadays modern technologies meeting ES countries requirements, to exchange gained experience with colleagues, to intercept the best educational practices, to convey the knowledge for students. The aim is, that future employee would confirm of requirements of nowadays labor market in Lithuania and ES countries.Implementing the activities of the project, the information about the project and results will reach these purposive groups: students of diverse school’s specialities and vocational teachers, school’s community, social partners. Gained experience and international cooperating encourage future partnership with other ES countries.Panevezys Trading and Service Business school continuing long – time relationships with host partners and hopes to establish new relationships to continuing cooperating in the future.Students improve professional knowledge and practical skills during the practice, develop professional preparation and labor culture level, intercept work’s organising and innovations of applying technologies, to improve initiative and entrepreneurship, intercultural awareness, foreign language skills. Partcipants of the visits will receive Europass mobility documents.
