United in a national consortium, 4 organizations form Mouraria-Lisboa-, Bairros, Renovar a Mouraria, Crescer na maior and Fundação Mais, generated a inter-organizational capacity building project, able to front adult non-formal education challenges, taking inovative socio-commun methologies, not just on education field as on engagement and promotion of their human resources. Then, globally counting 38 mobilities, members and professional staff of organizations in charge, directly and/or indirectly, of adult education, as shared local development promoters, this consortium will send its staff to 13 different activities around Europe, to countries like Spain, United Kingdom, Sweeden, Denmark, Austria, France an Germany, to generate capacity its staff in different key-domains as facilitation, ethic and participative funding, shared work spaces management, leaderships and network management, internal and external communication, impact assessement, disadvantage targets envolvement, through trainning activities and job shadowing, in the sense of have a guaratee to execute referential hubs at national and european level on above mencionated fields, in addiction to the real socio-professional promotion and reintegration of adult targets.
