PROBASE - Problem-based learning in Vocational Science - Designing Activities that Develop the Skills Used by Scientists in the workplace for Integration into Vocational Science Courses

The main objective of the project is to provide methodology and exemplary materials to develop professional skills for laboratory technicians working in the industry, government sponsored institutes, universities or other research centres. The target groups are the curriculum designers, teachers, trainers and students of vocational science courses. The result of the project will be a database available in the internet in English containing problem-based activities, a teachers’ guide and an outline of approach to design the draft structure of a possible PROBASE activity.
