Grupo 7 wants, in its interest, to encourage a European awareness in youth, strengthen their integral training and open their job expectations, making use of the instruments provided by the Erasmus + programme and presenting a mobility project for teachers and students.The project presents 30 mobility opportunities for students of Initial Vocational training specialised in Hairdressing and Aesthetics divided in two flows each one of 15 students per academic year. Moreover, in order to improve the teaching and to internationalise the organisation, Grupo 7 plans to send to Italy two teachers interested in improving their competences and in widening their European perspectives.The teachers will have a one week job shadowing period in Brescia, in order to create links with partners and to know the educational, cultural and entrepreneurial surrounding in which the students will develop their work.The students will have a stay of one month , when they will carry out abroad part of their module of Training in Work Centre (FCT).The project will be developed in three phases: preparation, execution and evaluation & dissemination phases.The preparation phase will include information and objective selection of candidates, activities of approach to Italian culture and labour market and logistics.The execution phase will consist in the stays of teachers and students. Students will carry out their training in companies based on Brescia. Teachers will have a one week job shadowing perido in companies and Vocational Training Centres.At the end of the stay the phase of evaluation & dissemination of results will start. The project will reach repercussion and positive impact both over students and Grupo 7. With the appropriate training and linguistic competence, obtained during the project the students will not find any problem in finding a job abroad, strengthening in this way the international cooperation between Spain an other European countries increasing the feeling of a European citizenship.
