This project will take place in two stages. During the first stage 12 young Belgians drawn largely from Heusy Joint boarding will travel to St. Benedict, Reunion Island for a period of 10 days (excluding travel) in the month of March-April 2016.During the second phase of our project, the young people attending the MJC Benedictines of St. Benedict will travel to Belgium for a period of 10 days (excluding travel).During these 2 exchanges young people try to express themselves on topics they have chosen in advance, which are the scapegoats, social networks, relationships, addictions, the environmental pressure, self-realization. Young people will raise awareness of the act of citizenship by developing their social skills (dialogue, listening, reasoning and accountability in his own words. The aim of this project will also aim to give a voice to young people who are not used to address its own problems, his everyday life, his doubts and hopes, it seems therefore important to allow young people to present their messages.The production of video capsule will become a means of citizen expression, to share the problems experienced and facilitating their resolution.More succinctly:At the first stage at Saint Benedict youth will evolve through three workshops:-A Workshop "Word": young people in groups of 8 (4B and 4 Gb) will debate on a chosen theme among our 24 young, want three lead discussions, an adult leader will be present in each group. Youngsters will learn to know, accept one another, to talk, to listen, to reason, and to take responsibility over his own words. Of course a pre-preparation is performed by the moderator 3 apprentices. .-The Second workshop "making of the video capsule" will allow three goups of young formalize the expression of a message of their own through a scenario, a staging of the chosen theme, this workshop will reveal, will channel , and operate the energy and potential of every youth, each for the camera, the other behind, they come together to create .The purpose of this workshop will bring young people from each group go to the other meeting youth and local elected officials to spread their message and reap the impressions of another public. -The Third workshop "free speech of the young on the public space"Realizing a micro sidewalk. they will broadcast via their mobile phone, tablet or iphone video capsule and reap the reactions of the public face their message via a voice recording. The purpose of this workshop will be able to realize a conceptual map.Enable young people to gather, process and disseminate information. This is to put young people in situation of "reporters" can receive, search and produce information to raise awareness, awareness, understanding, learn or enhance learning, allowing the selection, decision, action ...On our second step in Belgium youth will evolve through four workshops:-A First workshop: "free speech of the young on the public space"In continuation of the first phase of our project, we want young people also have to meet the Belgian public to allow these young people to realize they are more alike that they differ.-A Second workshop: "Reflection" will allow young people to reflect on their own behavior in connection with one of the topics addressed.-A Third workshop "realization of a concept map"Young people have chosen this graphic system to represent information collected during two micro sidewalk, this card will require from each youth careful thought.-A Fourth workshop "making video capsule" solutions track "The fruits of their labor will be used to animate debates. production of video capsule (staging of the selected track to solving the same problem) The objective of this project is to introduce young people to the practice of reporting, as an expression vector and creation, raise awareness of a critical analysis of information being themselves producers of information. This in also acquiring new technical skills.By placing young people as project participants, the workshops encourage the appropriation of new knowledge (symbolic language, IT, technical) and contribute to the development of their capacity for expression, writing, listening and organization .
