The project plans the group mobility of 4 people from Sežana kindergarten with the aim of accuireing new knowledge and valuable experience in foollowing fields:- competences in the field of management- staff cometences in the field of building the European dimenssion- new teaching methods and tools- language competencesObjectives:- Increase the number of mobile students and staff (2020-Youth on the Move)-to educate a strong group for the management of international projects-to develop competence to communicate in a foreign language-to developi ICT competences through the use of modern communication tools-to learn about a example of good practice abroad-to transfer the knowledge from abroad to our school-using the knowledge gained in the management of next projects projects.Mobility will be attended by a group of employees (headmaster, vice headmaster, pedagogical staff, project coordinator)Activities will be associated with the planning, organization, evaluation and dissemination of project.The project will last the whole year, mobility will be only part of a project with a strong professional / pedagogical preparation and dissemination of the results of mobility.Expected results are: Reports about trainingining, posts on the website and the transfer of good practice example to other employees of the kindergartenLong-thermeffects are: the developement of international network of kindergartens and the cooperation in all fields.
