Youths are the best experts in their projects. Adults should not patronize youths but they should courage and help them to realize their capability of making choices, ideas and really act to achieve goals. With the small steps and great coaching youngsters will realize “I can do this!”. Praxis is a Training Course for nine youth workers and for two of their youths from nine different EU countries. Praxis will increase young participation and coaching in groups of young people who run different kind of youth projects. This training will also give better understanding how different organizations can benefit more through Youth In Action. Praxis also increase the quality youth workers management of youth projects and it gives skills and tools for youngsters to really participate on their own projects.Praxis brings together 27 youth workers and their youths from Turkey, Lithuania, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Malta, Great Britannia, Italy and Finland . All the participants has an interest in non-formal learning and Youth In Action Programme. Methodologically Praxis uses a lot of group work, theoretical inputs, practical exercises, reflection and debriefing.Praxis training will be held in Konnevesi, Central Finland 18th - 24th November, 2013.
