The project aims to provide experience and new ideas to the participants concerning teaching in a multiculutural environment. The opportunity to teach in another country should give new input and support the teachers in their daily work. New teaching methods should be learned. Especially languages and german as a foreign language are the main focus. The participants are willing to experience new opportunities how to deal with kids with another mother tongue and how to support these student in an appropriate way. Through discussions and workshops with teachers in Hungary and Austria participants get new inputs and ideas for new european projecst. VS Angergasse is willing to work together with other european institutions. Jobshadowing in the european school in Hungary: The participant has the unique possibility to get to know this special school in Budapest and to gain insight different teaching methods. In Hungary she will help teach hungarian teachers as well as do differnt workshops about Austria, austrian culture and german language. The main aim of the project is to improve the teaching quality concerning languages and teaching in multicultural surroundings at VS Angergasse. Especially teaching in a multicultural class should get easier and more motivating for teachers with the help of new methods and ideas for individual support of the kids.
