From 1. 11. 2016 till 31. 10. 2017 students from our school will participate in the project entitled "True Colours" in which mobilities will take place in June 2017. The participants will be third-year students from the secondary school of economic technicians (a group with 6 students) and the project will be carried out in partnership with YouNet - educational center from Italy. We have determined the roles of both partners, prepared a programme of work together with our partner and we will carry out the procedures for the evaluation and certification of acquired knowledge and skills, as well.General aims of the project are: acquiring professional skills, improving language skills, learning about the differences in social, economic and cultural environment of the participating countries, and actively participating in project work and training. Our students will be able to gain a practical insight into business processes and organization of work in the productive, commercial and administrative-financial fields in different branches. They will be privileged to acquire professional skills in one of the countries of the European Union. Further aims of the project are the following: giving students from socially underprivileged groups the opportunity to take part in an international student exchange, improving language and communication skills, giving mentors and coordinators from all countries the opportunity to get to know one another and cooperate, acquiring experience in international project work with members of the European Union, which will be useful for establishing contact and carrying out projects later on. The acquired knowledge with experience and active work will enable participants’ faster and more effective personal and professional development.In June 2017 our third-year students will complete their two-week compulsory training, assess their knowledge acquired at school and link it with practice. The project will be carried out with placements - mobility in Bologna (Italy) in tourist agencies, trade and industry companies, public services etc.. Field trips and sightseeing tours will enable our students to learn more about the differences in social, economic and cultural environment.The project leader in cooperation with partners is responsible for the realization of the project, for the selection of suitable candidates and their preparation, for all the necessary contracts and other required tasks, for the organisation of transport, insurance and accommodation, and for the evaluation of the project. We will present the results of our project in Erasmus + programme and the acquired experience to future generations of our students and wider, as well. This will ensure the continuity of the European vision of vocational training and education at our school, which is also part of the guidelines of the European Union.
