The main goal of our project is to enable participants to gain new skills that will make them stand on the labor market (increase of personal, acquire new language skills, knowledge of the history, culture and traditions of the host country).The project participants will be 54 students in grades second, third and fourth technical professions learners: technician, merchant, logistics technicians. After the promotional campaign will take place on recruitment. Upon completion of the recruitment will be extensive preparatory classes. After their completion, participants will depart at 3-week internships. In the school year 2016/17 (September 2016). Internships will leave at the beginning: one group to Greece and the second to Greece too (each will comprise 18 trainees from 2 carers). The last group will leave for internships in February 2017 to Portugal. After completion of the placement and the return to school will prepare reports filled in the information system, will prepare an exhibition of photographs of record internships, participate in the tasks to disseminate the results of the project.The project will achieve the following results:- Gain new qualifications and widening increasing the chances of participants in the labor market;- Improving language skills- Undergoing the participants to prepare PJK within a predetermined time;- Gaining by the project participants Europass Mobility;- Receipt by the participants certificates of completion of the language course, held in the framework of the preparatory activities;- Receipt by the participants in an internship certificate, issued by the partner organizations;- Increasing the chances of labor market participants - national and European level;- Improving the professional and personal aspirations;- Increasing motivation to continue learning;- Increased discipline, sense of duty and self-reliance;- To gain the experience necessary staff to implement new projects;The project will also bring tangible products such. In. a collection of photographs documenting the course of the next stages of design or materials from the project evaluation.With the project we have used in previous projects we worked out the methodology of conduct, based on a clear division of tasks workers and the principle of continuous surveillance project coordinator of all activities. Since the first phase (development objectives of the project) to the last (dissemination and closure of the project) will be collected documentation and the project team are clearly defined responsibilities of employees.With the improvement of professional skills and language and improving personal competencies after completing school will be valuable and sought-after employees; while employing their companies will become competitive on the market also because of the knowledge and experience of young workers. In this way, the project will have a positive impact on the market position of their employers.
