The aim of the project “Proffessional training is our view on the European labour market” is enabling the students to get their professional training in Germany, which in our opinion will contribute to the development not only on professional but also on a linguistic level especially as far as professional German is concerned. Professional training abroad can also contribute to providing our students with a good start in the labour market. The purpose of the project is also to exchange experience and to promote the idea of professional training abroad and work experience as the chance to become a wanted employee in the labour market. Proffesional training abroad will be organized for 30 students from Voluntary Labor Corps in Kalisz. All participants have smaller life chances and come from poor and pathological families. The trip will be the only chance for gaining the work experience abroad and knowledge about culture of other country. Our students are in the vocational schools at the moment. During their practice they will be realized basis of knowledge about particular professions. Proffessional training in Germany will be enabled our students to gain a good number of hours which is needed in their school timetable. Forecasted results after holding month practice: pupils learn organization of work in German companies, employer in rate instruct function - employee, interact with other employee and punctuality will be instructed obligation and punctuality . Pupils will be enforced for taking of liability for take by operation. Necessity of help will boost language abilities in range foreign language . Practices will effect incrementation of professional mobility, which has big meaning for European economic and social integration. Knowledge of modern technology and sectoral plants. The project will have impact on professional skills upgrading of its participants, give them a chance of professional development and checking their practical skills. What is more, the participants will receive a certificate on their professional qualifications – Europass Mobility Certificate which will be valid in whole Europe and which will also contribute to the growth of participants’ mobility in the European labour market. Furthermore, the project should increase motivation of the participants in the range of profession as well as improve their self-esteem and make them more responsible for their own future. The project will also tighten cooperation on European level as far as exchange of experience and vocational training are concerned. It will also contribute to bringing up young people who are conscious of their goals and ready to accept challenges, for whom the boundaries are not limits for fulfilling their ambitions. Coming across new cultures fosters expanding horizons and creates the attitude of respect and tolerance. The project will be also the opportunity for our institution to gain new experience in international cooperation.
