The project " Trainings in Spain - the first step to european professional career" will be appropriate to the students' needs of our vocational school, who will be able to acquire new professional experiences during the trainings in Valencia. Participation in this project will influence with benefits for students in their future career. Realization of the project will allow to fulfil needs of our school in the domain of vocational education quality, to broaden trainings' offers out, to develop the cooperation with Spanish employers and to increase attractiveness of vocational education not only in Tagówek but also in the whole Warsaw. This project will improve outcomes of recruitment in our school. The most important project objectives will be achieved: students will recognize aspects of professional job in other cultural and language conditions; they will increase the knowledge's level and participants' vocational qualifications; they will improve language skills in communication, laying emphasis on professional language; they will learn the basics of Spanish language, as an additional trump card; they will broaden knowledge about other customs and cultures; they will educate bearing on tolerance and fight against prejudice, stereotypes;they will recognize fundamentals of team work,differing from culture and language. Realisation of the project in a great size will influence on building the positive image of one of the weak developing district Warsaw-Targówek.
