Constantly changing, modernizing world of information technology allows to actively organize training (learning), to personalize education to every child in today's society acquired the necessary skills and prepare them for Lifelong Learning. Distance Learning responds to the modern man's need to constantly improve. Working or seeking a career human knowledge is very important. Today, the market situation is changing extremely rapidly. In order to be a good specialist in successful businesses and to respond quickly to changes it needs to constantly improve their knowledge. The project involved 4 - andragogues teachers working in Rokiskis Adult and Youth Education Center, adult section, which was held in the host association in Portugal during one-week. During the visit, teachers participated in a training course on topic “Practical implementation of distance learning” Barcelos in Portugal. Effective deliveries of distance education services are important for both: the education system and the labor market, and their interaction. Objectives of the project are to gain practical skills and competencies for distance learning to organize, improve skills, learn new professional skills and general, access to distance learning features of the methodology used, programs, and facilities in advising students and members of the community of migrants remotely acquire new skills and knowledge how to combine educational content with the labor market requirements, qualifications for access to the grounds and bonding opportunities. Results. Learned opportunity, which were imparted in the communities of Rokiskis district and surrounding neighborhoods; the better services for students, community members and migrants; introduced distance learning and prepared the set of training materials; improved and updated non-formal education program with new options, learning in virtual space; installed a virtual learning environment Moodle; international experience; improved andragogical competences; participants served training certificates; better foreign language skills and communication and cooperation relations.
