„Practice Makes Perfect“ – Erasmus+ program mobility project which will last one year starting from June 2015. This is a project of international cooperation in which 10 initial vocational training students and 6 teachers from Kaunas School of Information Technology will go to vocational schools, host organizations and enterprises in Spain and Portugal. Objectives of the project is increasing the attractiveness of vocational education and training institutions with a focus on raising the quality of teaching and teachers' professional competencies. Also increase students' integration into the labor market raising of the quantitative and qualitative indicators, encouraging entrepreneurship and giving them the opportunity to conduct a month-long practice of a foreign company. The main activities of the project are students' practice and observation the work of foreign colleagues by raising teachers' professional' skills. Expected results of the project are raised teachers' skills in the field of information and communication technology, students gain the professional and social competencies required for entry into the labor market. These results will positively affect vocational training, because the improvement of the training process and enhancement of the quality of vocational education and training increases the relevance and attractiveness.
