This project, hosted by the City of Gothenburg, aims to discuss and recognize learning and the benefits both on individual and organisational level from international youthprojects. Turning practise into strategy.The learning will be processed in order to increase quality in future projects, an outcome for discussing and changing local context and framework in order to promote international youthwork. The target group are participants with strategic exeprience or postitions such as youth-leaders with and without experience , officers with budget responsability and youth politicians. The outcomes of the TC will be processed on local level. This will be planned during the TC and future sharing will be proposed.Particpants will come from Italy, Spain, Germany, Sweden. Romania, Northern Ireland, France och Germany.
