PROJET "PRACTICANDO EN AGRICULTURA CON EUROPA" "PRACTISING IN AGRICULTURE WITH EUROPE" (PEACE) CONTEXT The project PEACE, developed under the program ERASMUS + will centre on a project of mobility for the accomplishment of practices on companies abroad and one presents as organizing center the Center of Rural Promotion EFA Fonteboa placed in Coristanco, province of Corunna (Spain). The practices will realize in the region of Villevallier, Bourgogne (France) with the participation with a view to partner of reception of Villevallier's MFR, with domicile in Rue Verdeau-25-Villevallier - Bourgogne - France. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS The project directs for itself pupils of 2 º CFGM of Agricultural Productions with ages understood between the 17 and 22 years and that are in the last course of average cycle having already a few theoretical - practical knowledge on the contents that are going to penetrate into the above mentioned project. Of 20 participants 14 are children of ranchers of bull of milk, one of sheeps, three of bull of meat and two that do not have agricultural production in his houses but that are interested in being employed at the sector. None has problems of mobility or of another type that prevents them from realizing the stay with total normality. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES The pupils will realize a stay of practices in companies in March, 2015 for a duration of 19 days in which every pupil will be in a company different from the agricultural sector this way to be involved more in the knowledge of the language and of the sector object of study. On the other hand a teacher will accompany the pupils to monitor and to coordinate all the activities during the stay, this teacher will belong to the partner of sending and will control the stay during 19 days. His function is to accompany in the trip of going and of return and to realize the visits in coordination with the teacher of the partner of reception. METHODOLOGY The following steps were carried out: - Preparation of the project. - Preparation of the pupils. - Visit of preparation and knowledge of companies to the partner of reception. - Accomplishment of the selection of the student body. - Preparation of the documentation (agreements, insurances, reports, tasks and cards of evaluation) - Accomplishment of the stay. - Summary of information for the evaluation of the project and of the pupils. - Day of conclusions (in the center of sending). RESULTS AND FORESEEN IMPACT Hopes that the pupils reach a major professional level in the agricultural sector. That are capable of investigating and adopting applicable mechanisms of functioning in his professional future. That manage to create his own company or to be employed at the agricultural sector. That increase the level in an European language and that like that increase his professional dimension. It hopes that the educational center strengthens the relation with European centers, to be able to incorporate methodologies into our educational program. To increase the activities in mobility for an enrichment of the professorship involved in this type of projects. POSSIBLE LONG-TERM BENEFITS In the medium and long term it will serve in order that the pupil believes himself or idealizes his project of future in the rural way, comparing with other models that it has known in the period in practices. Also it will serve as reference to the beginning of his labor activity and as possible source of inspiration in the accomplishment of his own project of life.
