BEYOND BARRIERS Mime and Dance Workshop is organized in the beautiful small countryside called Dreamland (Drzemlikowice) in Poland from 30.07.2010 till 08.08.2010. The workshop will take place at the gym and on the open air meadow. The young people from Poland and Germany will meet to exchange their opinions about cultural variety, european citizenship, different cultural aspects in their countries concerning theatre and dance. They will also present their theatre and dance experience, talk about culture of their country, participate in mime and dance lessons, work together at the final performace.The participants of the workshop will organize the special happening for the local community - young people and children that live at the area where standard of life is very low - there is no local transport and where is high unemployment. The mime training will lead Józef Markocki - the actor and the director of Form Theatre/ Poland, the butoh dance lessons will lead Slava Inozemcev from InZhest Theatre/ Belarus, the acrobatics and modern dance lessons will lead Lisa Pfoh from Die Etage Schule/ Germany.
