Zavod Medgeneracijske Vzajemnosti is organising a Youth Exchange as a result of previous PBA project. This will take place in Lendava, Slovenija. It will happen from10th to19th of April 2015. The working methods include: small group work, group building, self-assessment, role plays/simulation, experiential learning, reflection – individual and group, peer learning, intercultural learning, learning to learn, inputs, sharing, guest speaker, and self-directed learning. The countries involved include: Croatia, Portugal, Malta, Slovenia and Poland. The role of the partners is to select the participants they will send, to prepare their participants by going through the aim, objectives and programme of the activity and supporting the young people in their travel arrangements and ensuring they have all they are required to take with them. During the project we will aiming to reach several goals, as: − Explore each individuals potential in relation to their education background − Support the participants to discover the competencies they have from their life experience (particularly from youth work and non-formal education experiences) − Introduce an accessible self-assessment process that the participants easily use − Introduce the Youthpass and Europass tools − Develop competencies in job application procedures − Explore the possibilities in entrepreneurship.
