The main purpose of the project is to expand the understanding of the pedagogic specialists for all the aspects of inclusion in the European countries. In every country in a different way underlies the concept of inclusion of people with disabilities and experience gained directly on the spot would be useful to improve the situation in each of the participating countries. Furthermore, by involving of specialists in the whole process of special education will increase their skills for teaching and expand their educational tools in the work with children and students with special needs. The improvement of computer and technical skills of the specialists are also enshrined in the basic objectives of the project. Communication in a foreign language and the exchange of cultural and ethnic differences would increase intercultural awareness and foreign language skills. Participants are resource specialists Resource Center - Vratsa. There are iincluded resource teachers, psychologists and management personnel. Most of them are very young teachers who are opened to innovation in education. Through observation and participation in teaching in the partner schools each participant will have the opportunity to take a small part of the responsibilities of his colleague. Both similarities and differences in educational systems will be clearly seen, and their discussion at a later stage will be the basis for improving the quality of education services in the field of special education. The sharing of impressions and experiences, project participants can improve the skills of their colleagues, and to encourage and motivate them to participate in similar projects and qualifications.
